Public Safety Equipment Company, INC was started by Dennis Downes in 1990. Dennis is the former Chief of the Buechel Fire Protection District. Dennis built this business from the ground up. Over the years customers have learned that Dennis would take care of the customers second to none, before and after the sale of a Seagrave Apparatus. Dennis made it a point to help the departments analyze their needs and make sure they were getting the best possible Apparatus.
 

In 2006 Dennis sold the company to Chris Haunz. Chris has been in the fire service with Pewee Valley Fire for then 16 years. Today Both Dennis and Chris are available to help discuss your needs for a new Seagrave. They are committed to provide the best customer service second to none. We have retailed 85% of our customers. Most have more than three Seagraves in their fleet.
 
Today our office is located in Pewee Valley Kentucky, where we have a large section of Seagrave Parts and accessories. If there is a part you need please give us a call even if it is not a Seagrave Apparatus we might be able to help. We contract with Fire and Specialty Equipment Company for all of our warranty and service work. They have been in business for over 10 years.
